Eric Grich, Founder: Mr. Grich is the founder of NNMSI. He most recently was Vice President of Operations for Reveal.net, a software development company generating a real-time, web enabled sales tool for lead generation. Prior to that he was the Administration & IT Manager for Kochis, Fitz, Tracey & Gott, a financial planning company; Co-Founder of Beautyscene.com, a specialty internet retailer; and Professional Administrator for MCI System House Solutions/EDS, a solutions consulting company. He received a Marketing Certificate from Golden State University.

Doug Catton, Founding Partner: Mr. Catton is a founding partner of NNMSI. He most recently was Senior Administrator, Network Engineering for CapitalSource, a mid-tier lending institution. Prior to that he was an entrepreneur working as a Network and Systems integrator, developing specifications, designing, and implementing network systems. Before owning his own business he was an Administrator for IT Engineering for Critical Arc Technologies, a business-to-business internet portal.
